As one of California’s first woman winemakers, Merry Edwards began her career in 1974. It wasn’t until 1997 that family and friends joined her to found Merry Edwards Winery. Initially, her focus was producing Pinot Noirs from the Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast that showcase a sense of place. Today, they produce two regional blends, six vineyard designates and a barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc blend.
