Sonoma County Restaurants – Della Santina’s

This traditional, authentic Italian restaurant opened in 1990. Owners Quirico (Dan) and Shirley Della Sanitina base their recipes from Lucca, Italy and feature Quirico’s talents as a chef. Family favorites include: Gnocchi Della Nonna, which was inspired by Quirico’s mother, lasagna and Penne Contadina. Their food is often described as “Italian comfort food.” Guests will enjoy their own taste of Italy when walk through the gated entry down the brick walkways. Outdoor dining on the back patio is a treat in the summer months and a warm, marble fireplace invites guests inside during the winter.
