Sunset Magazine Celebration Weekend

Save the date! Sunset Magazine is hosting their 2016 Celebration Weekend at Cornerstone Sonoma, where the pages of Sunset Magazine will come alive. Eat, drink, and love the West with them. On May 14th and 15th, 2016, Sunset fans will join editors, celebrity chefs, vintners, craft beer brewers and renowned lifestyle experts in Sonoma, CA, for the 18th annual Sunset Celebration Weekend.

The two-day series of culinary, wine, garden and lifestyle events will be held for the first time at Cornerstone, a wine country marketplace with food and wine, shops, gardens and event spaces, that will serve as Sunset’s beautiful new wine country location. Check out all the amenities Cornerstone Cellars has to offer: At Celebration Weekend, Cornerstone will be transformed into an interactive showcase for the region’s most exciting lifestyle inspiration and freshest flavors, and Sunset’s Test Gardens and Outdoor Kitchen will open to the public for the first time. 18th Annual Healdsburg Jazz Festival,

June 3rd-12th, 2016

The 18th annual Healdsburg Jazz Festival promises to be truly amazing with a bevy of jazz heroes and heroine’s set to shoot off sparks on stages around the Sonoma Country vineyard town. Drummer Billy Hart, who has selflessly powered the traps behind so many Healdsburg Jazz Festival acts over the years, is stepping into the spotlight this year, leading four bands that recorded landmark albums with him in four different decades: Quest, Enchance, The Billy Hart Quartet and Oceans of Time. Jazz Stars Coming to Healdsburg to Honor Master Drummer Billy Hart: Dave Holland, Joshua Redman, Dave Liebman, Chris Potter, Craig Taborn, Ethan Iverson, Richie Beirach, Mark Turner and many more savor chance to play with drum legend, Billy Hart. Plus Julian Lage comes home with a dazzling new trio, piano genius Fred Hersch pairs with clarinet sensation Anat Cohen, 12-year-old Joey Alexander will be astounding audiences, Charlie Hunter brings 7-string axe, Dr. Michael White Quartet summons spirits of New Orleans, and much more over the 10-day musical feast. There are many great shows during this week long festival!
