Friday Night Music Series
Every Friday in June – July 2016
Join Sebastian for their annual Friday Night Music Series where you can enjoy live music from a variety of talented musicians in their tasting room starting at 6pm. Wines by the glass or by the bottle will be available for purchase along with Italian-inspired gourmet sandwiches and salads prepared by sister winery Chalk Hill’s Estate Executive Chef. A Sonoma County stalwart for over 100 years, Sebastiani Winery has a wide selection of reds and whites to enjoy. Pair you favorite pick with delicious meatball hoagies, chicken parmesan sandwiches and vegetarian pasta salad. Guests are also welcome to bring a picnic dinner or snacks to enjoy inside or out in the courtyard. The last Friday of each month will be “Food Truck Friday” featuring an enticing line-up of local gourmet food trucks selling tasty treats to pair with your music enjoyment.

Sunday Music Series
June – September 2016
Sundays at B.R. Cohn are a perfect way to cap your weekend. Sit back under their olive trees with fresh oysters prepared how you like, a favorite glass of wine and enjoy the live music. They have curated a variety of talented local musical artists for you each weekend from 2:00pm to 4:30pm. From folk to country and from rock to bluegrass, the music will be grooving. Raw or BBQ’d oysters harvested fresh from Tomales Bay will be available. Come listen to the music at B.R. Cohn, weather permitting.
B.R. Cohn Winery at Olive Hill Estate is located in Glen Ellen, just 10 minutes north of Sonoma, and just one hour north of San Francisco. The original 1920’s architecture of the estate was preserved giving the tasting room a timeless, romantic feel. While you’re there don’t miss out on a taste of their award winning olive oil as well!

Swing Dancing Under the Stars

Spend your Saturday nights at Coppola Winery swing dancing under the stars. Enjoy a lively evening of wine, food, and swing dancing in the outdoor Pavilion. Dance instruction is included with admission. Advanced reservations are recommended. Food and wine will be available for purchase at the outdoor Pool Cafe, just steps from the Pavilion. Winner of the ‘Outdoor Dining’ – 2015 Diners’ Choice Winner, OpenTable.com, the Pool Cafe has a Sonoma casual vibe. The central piece being an authentic Argentinian grill producing succulent wood-grilled meats.
That’s just the beginning of the incredible movie wonderland Coppola has created in his Sonoma winery. Between dance moves slip up into the movie museum. It’s a can’t miss!

This year’s dates and artists are still being finalized, but every year for the past 26 years, fans of this winery’s lavish celebrations have looked forward to seeing such intimate performances by world-class musicians in a stunning vineyard setting topped off by sweeping views of the Russian River Valley. Big names are a given; last year welcomed stars like Kenny Loggins, Randy Newman, George Benson, and Kenny G. Take a picnic meal to enjoy on The Green, or purchase an assortment of delectables from local purveyors who will be onsite. You can also stock up on Rodney Strong wines, to sip while you sing along.
Rodney Strong received the honor of being named Wine Enthusiast’s American Winery of the Year in 2013. With the designation of American Winery of the Year, the Wine Enthusiast has recognized Rodney Strong’s commitment to quality, luxury and Sonoma County. Not sure what to bring in your picnic basket? Huichica Music Festival
June 10 & 11, 2016
Pronounced “We-Chica” an annual concert at Gundlach Bundschu Winery in Sonoma, selected because the 152-year-old Gun-Bun (as regulars call it) was once part of the land called Rancho Huichica by Mexican General Mariano Vallejo. Huichica is the name of the unique soil of the region that makes for great grape growing. The festivities start at 3 p.m. on Friday and continue at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, with a diverse lineup of 28 bands, including groups like Mystic Braves, Fruit Bats, Mild High club, and Vetiver.
