Napa Valley Wineries – Sabina Vineyards
Established in 2002, Chicagoans David and Susan Sabin established Sabina Vineyards. Named after David’s grandmother, they have created a winery based on the small, family-owned Burgundian properties they visited over their years of travelling. They use all organic farming and primarily produce world-class Cabernet Sauvignon. They like to think of their property as a little bit of heaven in the Napa Valley, incorporating their love of contemporary painting and sculpture within their wine estate. They produce two distinct Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons, one from St. Helena and the other from Oakville.
