Napa Valley Restaurants – Morimoto Napa
Chef Masaharu Morimoto is the star of Iron Chef and Iron Chef America and is known for his ability to infuse traditional Japanese dishes with Western ingredients. His menu is seasonal and changes regularly. Morimoto Napa uses the freshest seafood available and locally grown fruits and vegetables. Toro Tartare presented in a shallow wooden tray with condiments including crème fraîche, wasabi, avocado, nori paste, chives, crispy rice, and dashi-soy is one of Chef Morimoto’s signature dishes. He also serves a tuna pizza that’s made with raw tuna, anchovy aioli, and jalapeno.
