Napa Valley Restaurants – Brix
Located on 16 acres of Napa Valley gardens and vineyards, Brix Restaurant and Gardens offers spectacular views of the Mayacamas Mountains. Brix opened in 1996 with a clear focus on providing a farm-to-table dining experience. Chefs personally gather produce from their onsite gardens and orchards which provide the ingredients for their Southern France and Northern Italy-inspired menu. The restaurant’s vineyard produces grapes for their award-winning “Brix Vineyard” Cabernet Sauvignon which is served in the restaurant. Additionally, their menu is paired with a collection of the valley’s finest wines.
