Team Building

Team building events in wine country are in a class of their own…where else can you work with your colleagues and be rewarded with fine local wine whether you win or lose? Beau Wine Tours will help you hone your communication, planning, decision-making, and teamwork skills. Your group will be challenged with blending the perfect wine; building an indestructible chateau; getting grapes to the crusher before the sun destroys the crop; stomping grapes; or participating in a “road rally” scavenger hunt. Get ready for fun!

Wine Seminars and Education

If you’re looking for a more informative or in-depth wine country adventure, Beau Wine Tours can arrange for a fun and insightful class in wine and food pairing, a barrel tasting and wine blending workshop, or an aroma sensory seminar. These events add an extra dimension to the experience of a private tasting and will be long remembered by your guests.

Culinary Activities

The Napa/Sonoma region is America’s wine and food capital and Beau Wine Tours can help you discover just what makes this region so special. You can enjoy a cooking demonstration or participate in a farm-to-table epicurean adventure and help prepare a multi course meal! Wine and food pairing can also complete your educational bucket list. We can invoke programs from The Culinary Institute of America, Ramekins, Silverado Cooking School, or one of the area’s numerous wineries with resident chefs who offer classes that are bound to end with a succulent reward.

Sports and Recreation

sports recreation wine tours BODY1The diverse geography and incomparable weather make our wine country the ideal location to organize off-site activities for your group: golf, hot air ballooning, hiking, horseback riding, bicycle tours, and kayaking, to name a few. Hot air balloon rides are a popular activity in the valley—the rides launch at sunrise and soar over the beautiful grape vines and through the scenic mountains. Many visitors enjoy taking a casual bicycle tour through the vineyards. These tours are led by knowledgeable guides and stop at boutique wineries along the way.

For the more daring adventure-seekers, we can offer a helicopter tour or a trip around the track in a Formula Race Car at the Jim Russell Racing School at Sonoma Raceway. Or maybe you are hoping to soar through northern California’s coastal redwoods on a zipline? That’s a fun way to experience wine country from a different and exciting perspective!

These include: the redwood forests; “Old Faithful” geyser; a petrified forest; and the dramatic cliffs along the Pacific Coast. Many visitors enjoy shopping in the charming boutiques and wine shops scattered throughout the area.

Are you looking for some fresh produce or artisan cheese to complement those distinct wine flavors you’re sampling? We can organize a group visit to one of the many Farmer’s Markets in Napa and Sonoma! With the many farm-to-table experiences in this region, local residents and chefs are always in need of fresh, tasty organic foods.

Whatever adventure your group chooses, a treatment at one of the area’s renowned spas is an ideal way to start or end the day!
